STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING IN CONTINENTAL US: FREE SHIPPING UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED. OUTSIDE CONTINENTAL US OR EXPEDITED: WE WILL CONTACT YOU.
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. We will ship all orders ground delivery throughout the continental United States. Overnight, 2nd day and 3rd day air are available for an additional charge. Please note that the shipping charge chart on the order form is estimated only. Some items such as oversized boxes, wheels or heavy items will incur additional charges. International shipping methods vary — call for details.
For a quote on overseas shipping please provide us with complete address including country name and phone number along with order.
Returns Policy
Unused merchandise may be returned for refund or credit within 30 days. The item being returned must be in its original packaging and be unused. A 20% re stocking fee may apply on so items.
To process a return please follow the three steps below:
Before returning , please call customer service at 206-240-7287 for a return authorization [RA] number. Returns without a RA number may be refused and sent back to you.
If the item you are returning is defective or was shipped in error by Round Betty , we will send a UPS call tag to retrieve your package. For all other returns the customer is responsible for shipping costs. Please insure your package if returning via postal service in case it gets lost or is damaged.
All items must be returned in there original packaging , including any documentation , and must be in new , resalable condition.
Upon receipt of the returned item we will either credit your card or , if you paid by check or money order , we will send you a refund check. If you prefer we can also apply the credit to your Round Betty account for future orders.
Sales Tax Policy
Orders for delivery in the state of Washington are assessed sales tax. The total of the cost of the merchandise and the total of the shipping and handling are assessed sales tax. Merchandise purchased by Washington residents for shipping out of state is not assessed sales tax. Merchandise purchased by Washington residents for shipment to themselves within Washington is subject to sales tax , as are orders placed by non-ressidents of the state of Washington for shipment to Washington residents and orders placed by Washington residents for shipment to individuals who live elsewhere in Washington.
